Q: What does your role entail?
A: I work as a tenancy consultant with the admin team, handling deal progression and negotiation; everything that happens between a client finding a new home and moving into it, and sometimes beyond!
Q: What is your favourite part about working for Adleo?
A: I love the variety my role entails and the people I get to meet.
Q: What’s the biggest work challenge you’ve had to deal with?
A: Coming from a lettings and property management background, it takes a little while to get your head around working with the tenant’s interests at heart rather than the landlord’s.
Q: What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
A: Nothing is as unpredictable as people!
Q: What would you do for a career if you weren’t doing this?
A: Project management on the residential development side.
Q: What did you want to do for a job when you were a child?
A: I wanted to be an architect or an engineer. I was the kid that took things apart to see how they worked… I then realised my maths skills were non-existent.
Q: What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
A: Making things! I have a very artistic side to my character.
Q: Tell us something about you we don’t know?
A: I was kidnapped in Laos.
Q: What’s your favourite line from a film?
A: “All of us, in some way, are trying to kill time. When it’s all said and done, time ends up killing us.” Masked and Anonymous.
Q: If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
A: There’s quite a few! Oscar Wilde. I think he’d be one hell of a drinking partner and it would be a good night out!
Q: Three words your family and friends would use to describe you?
A: Creative. Loyal. Perfectionist.
Q: Name one thing that annoys you?
A: ONE thing?!
Q: If you could have any superpower what would it be?
A: Invisibility and the ability to walk through walls. That’s two, sorry!
Q: What is one food that you cannot resist?
A: Cheese.

A: You only have to do something for the first time once.
